General Conduct and Behavior

One's conduct mirrors the kind of individual he or she is. There are acceptable ways of acting in Church, on school grounds, in the halls, in the classroom, during assemblies, and in all other places. Every student is expected to conduct him /herself at all times as a young gentleman/lady.

Lunchtime Rules

Follow the directions of the supervisors.
Stay seated while eating and maintain a clean area.
Dispose of litter properly; recycle when appropriate.
Speak to one another in normal tones.
Use only school provided play equipment.
Rough play is not permitted.

Consequences

If a student chooses to break a rule:

First Consequence - Warning and possible detention or suspension may be assigned.
Second Consequence - Detention or suspension assigned and parent contact may be made.
Third Consequence - Suspension, parent contact, and counseling may be recommended.

NOTE

Continued violations may result in extended periods of suspension or expulsion.
Consequences are ongoing throughout the school year.
Students causing a severe disruption will be sent to the office immediately.

Firearms / Dangerous Weapons / Violent Acts / Threats

Weapons and violent acts/ threats will not be tolerated in our school. Carrying or possessing of firearms for other dangerous weapons, including look-alikes, on school property is a violation of Federal law, and Archdiocesan policy. The policy requires recommendation of expulsion and police notification.
